KUBANG PASU 24 Jun - Pakar m0tivasi, Pr0fes0r Madya Md. Izuddin Ali atau Pr0f. Izzi meninggal dunia di Putra Medical Centre (PMC) Al0r Setar hari ini.

Allahyarham Md. Izuddin, 52, disahkan meninggal dunia kira-kira pukul 1.15 petang akibat str0k.

Menurut isterinya, R0ziah Shafie, 48, Allahyarham dikejarkan ke H0spital Jitra di sini pada 11 Jun lalu selepas rebah ketika berwirid selepas menunaikan s0lat asar berjemaah di Masjid Al-A'la di Tanah Merah di sini.

"Pada masa itu, bahagian badan sebelah kiri suami kejang dipercayai akibat serangan str0k dan selepas disahkan str0k, dia terus dibawa ke H0spital Sultanah Bahiyah (HSB) di Al0r Setar," katanya di sini hari ini.

Katanya, keadaan suaminya menunjukkan perkembangan baik dan pihak h0spital membenarkannya pulang ke rumah semalam namun dia minta ditangguhkan kerana belum membeli kelengkapan suami seperti kerusi r0da.

Namun, pada malam tadi dia kelihatan gelisah dan mengadu pening dan muntah kira-kira pukul 8 pagi tadi.

"Dia kemudiannya dibawa ke PMC untuk membuat imbasan 0tak namun sebaik sahaja selesai pr0ses itu, d0kt0r memaklumkan degupan jantungnya sudah tiada dan disahkan meninggal dunia pada pukul 1.15 petang tadi," jelasnya.
